I often use black c/s as my base so this was no big deal for me - I like how it makes the photos pop. The paper folding was something I don't really do much of, pleating maybe occasionally, spiral flowers (do they count?). Anyway this is Chris and I back in 1992. Holly said we look like brother and sister lol!

love the folded circles - what a great way to get a little bit of lots of pretty patterns on one layout :)
Fun layout! I am going to have to try the circle border technique. It looks so cool!
Another vote for the folded circles - very effective. I like the black background too - it really brings out the colours of the LO xx
