Craft Fair
I've not had a lot of time recently to keep my blog up to date as I was busy making things for a craft fair which was held on Saturday. Here are some pictures.
Rainbow's End
While we were on holiday in Scotland we happened to see quite a few spectacular rainbows and at times it looked like you could see the beginning and the end of them. Unfortunately I didn't get any quality photos but this is one of the better ones.
The challenge on UKs was to scrap something other than people or animals so I thought it would be a good opportunity to use this photo. We also had to use a cluster of embellishments and inking/misting stencilling and no patterned papers.
I inked some punched circles in rainbow colours as the basis of my page and this is the finished result.
I haven't done any journalling yet because I will probably scrap a couple more rainbow pictures and do one lot of journalling for all of them.
Actually I think this one is better but never mind, I used the other one!

Pretty cute
A marmite challenge over on UKs this week:-
Photos – ones you love and don’t think you can do justice to or ones you hate because they’re blurry, colours are wrong, you don’t think you look good etc, but know they should be used for all sorts of reasons. ‘Love It’ or ‘Hate It’, get them out and get them scrapped.
Colours – choose your favourite ones or ones you’re not keen on, but have papers and embellishments in and keep putting off using them. ‘Love It’ or ‘Hate It’, now could be the time they make an appearance.
Technique – use the one you either love to do most/love the look of and have never tried, or choose one that you have tried before, but that you already hate because it’s messy/frustrating/takes time/never goes right first time/doesn’t look like it does in the picture or tutorial. ‘Love It’ or ‘Hate It’, which technique will you go for?
I chose a photo of Millie that I love, some papers that I hate the colours of and distressing technique which I love.
I might be back later with some cards!

Beat the Christmas rush cards
Five more simple cards made using some wooden tree decorations. The cards and decorations are supposed to be Christmas red and they are in real life but on here they look orange:( I have added some glitter to the decorations to make them sparkly. Very simple, very quick but they look quite effective.
I have entered these for Sue's Beat the Christmas Rush challenge.
