Adam and Lucy should hopefully complete the purchase of their first home on monday so I have made them a card. It's an A4 card folded lengthwise. The houses are 3d'd but it's not easy to tell from the photo. I will be making a scaled down version for them to send out to family and friends as "We have moved" cards.

Baby cards
My sister in law has asked me to make 2 baby cards for her son and his girlfriend who are expecting their first baby in December. I made one of each as she doesn't know whether they are expecting a boy or girl.

UKs - weekly challenge
This is last weeks challenge and it's not a page I am proud of and did purely to get points but I only managed 25 of those as I didn't use any numbers.
This cat adopted Holly when she stayed in Portugal last month. The journalling about the cat is in a little envelope tucked behind the smaller photo.

Toy Story birthday card
I was asked to make a card for Lucy's nephew who is going to be 3. He loves Toy Story, especially Buzz Lightyear.
The Happy Birthday star and Buzz are hanging off a thin strip of acetate to make them look like they are flying - it might be easier to see from the next picture.

Lou's monochrome challenge
Over on CCW the latest challenge is to use black, silver and white on anything we cared to make so I've done a quick card and a scrapbook page.
It's difficult to see the silver but I have used silver ric rac on the LO and the heart is triple embossed with silver powder.

Adam's Birthday Card and more LSNED
A very quick card for Adam's 23rd birthday.
Some lovely scrapbooking paper folded in half on to some bazzill with some birds, his name and a Happy Birthday cut out on my craft robo. On the top right bird's wing I have stuck the numbers 23 on but you can't see it on here and on the first house is a no. 6 which is the number of the house he is hoping to buy.
LSNED - Day 25
Holly's new car. The journalling is on the back.

UK Scrappers weekly challenge
This week it is the turn of the Bijoux Belles to set the challenge and every time we set a challenge we honour one of our teamies. This time it was me!! This is what our team leader Sue said
"Here's our fourth weekly challenge following in our tradition of honouring a fellow teamie. This time we'd like to feature Susi, a whizz stamper, who organised our first team retreat which was such a great success we're already planning next year's. Susi lives in Milton Keynes, a new town renowned for its roundabouts, with the roads set out in a horizontal and vertical grid system.
The points are 10 for using a grid, 10 points for using first, No.1 or new stash and finally 10 points for using circles or stamping.
Here is mine.

Mini book - front cover
There is free class on Crafty Templates, making a mini book. Although today is day 6, I've only got as far as making the front cover!
It's going to have photos of my doglets in it:)
Millie
As I did a birthday layout of my boy, I thought I'd better keep things even and do one of my girl so here she is:
I made this page for my september dip in my journalling jar and I had to use beads and stitching on my layout. I wasn't sure about the beads bit, but I managed to sew a few down the side of Millie's picture.
I'm not good with white space and was dying to add extra stuff but I'm going to leave it as it is now.
Here are a couple of close ups.
